Bei mir steht dieser 90% Text nicht in der App.
Hatte zuletzt auf 100% geladen.
Heute hat das Auto wie es sein soll wieder 80 % angezeigt und auch bis dahin geladen.
Sind von diesen 90 % nicht alle Ackus betroffen oder wird das nach und nach ausgerollt.
Genau das ist die Frage, aber wie immer ist das eher weniger Kommunikation seitens Skoda.
Wenn man etwas googelt und in id Buzz Foren liest soll es wohl Temperatur abhängig sein.
Grundsätzlich war dieses Feature schon angekündigt. Es wurde dabei gesagt, dass sich das Auto selber aussuchen würde, ob es 80 oder 90% laden will. Die Community hat da eher vermutet, dass es sich um ein "sommerliches" Feature handelt, weil die Batterie im Winter ja eher klamm ist und man nicht so hoch aufladen sollte. Nun ist es wohl so, dass sich das Feature im Winter darstellt, wo Beni wohl vermutlich einen Treffer mit dem Convienience-Feature hat, dass man da als Kunde nicht so erschrocken ist, wie sich die Reichweite reduziert.
Was das andere Thema angeht: hier springt das Ladelimit auf 100%, welches dann auch die Battery-Care-Notification auslöst und vermutlich nicht so beabsichtigt ist. Hier vermute ich tatsächlich einen Fehler. Wer möchte, kann sein auf 100% springendes Ladelimit per Ticket gerne an Skoda melden.
Nachfolgend noch der Austausch zwischen Skoda Support und mir, der erste Hinweis mit Reset und Privacy Mode hat natürlich nicht geholfen.
Nach der Ticketerstellung schreibt Skoda:
As mentioned in your email, your vehicle seems to engage Battery Care Mode by itself, changing your battery charging limit from 100% to 80% and vice versa.
As the first troubleshooting step, please complete the following steps in your vehicle's Infotainment system:
– press and hold the “Power” button in the bottom left corner of your Infotainment system;
– wait until the screen goes dark and release the button.
Apart from that, please complete the following steps:
– from the Main Menu of the Infotainment system, please proceed to "Users" and then to “Settings”;
– choose “Privacy Settings”;
– disable both "Vehicle / usage data" and "Send location data" for approximately 5 minutes, and then re-enable them back, to re-establish your vehicle's Connect services.
Afterwards, please verify if the notification reappears again. If the issue persists, please share with us a photo of Settings > System Information page for further analysis.

Meine Antwort nach dem Testen des Vorschlags:
All steps from the below instructions have been followed and done on Friday evening, when the notification came back on my way home from work.
After arriving at my place, I did the following steps on Dec 05:
1. Checking the notification, it was again Battery Care mode, reviewing charging limit, it was at 100% without that I changed it at my work
2. Rebooting Infotainment
3. Wait until it was back, notification was still there
4. Setting car into Privacy mode, no location service, no data connection (displayed by the “incognito person” iso “world”)
5. Wait a few seconds
6. Click the notification, set charge limit to 80%, notification is gone
7. Rebooting Infotainment
8. Wait until it was back, notification is still gone
9. Re-enable data connection and activating location service (“world” is shown)
10. Rebooting Infotainment
11. Wait until it was back, notification still gone
This was on Friday and it was good for Saturday Dec 06 and Sunday Dec 07 and Monday morning Dec 08.
When leaving from office to home on Monday evening Dec 08, at 17:54 (departed at 17:50+/-) it showed again the notification icon. Charge of battery was 56% at this point in time. The charge limit moved again to100% without my actions.
There is a charging point created at my home for 80%, but there is no other charging points, which could change the car to 100%. Also the usual load is set to 80%, 100% is only active before long drives. This issue exists since around mid of Nov 2025, when some App updates for “System Extensions” have been deployed to the car. This might be coincidence, but as this is happening since the same time this has been installed in the car, I think there is a relation.

Also gerne mal alle mit dem 100%-Sprung auch testen, ob das mit dem Reset/Privacy Mode bei Euch klappt, ansonsten gerne Ticket machen über die App oder support@skoda-auto.com und Euch melden. Vielleicht finden sie es raus, was da warum springt. Und die 00338418 also Info in Eurem Ticket erwähnen, dass Ihr das gleiche Problem habt.

Das wäre eigentlich mein präferierter Wert. Bisher habe ich das immer manuell eingestellt, aber ein Battery Care Mode mit 90% wäre natürlich super.

du kannst dir doch den Wert von 90% festeinstellen wenn du die Orte, an denen du lädst als Ladeorte einrichtest.
Also bei mir hat es sich jetzt wieder auf 80% eingestellt.
Ich glaube es ist temperaturabhängig, weil es bei ca. minus Graden auf 90% war und jetzt bei ca. +10 Grad wieder auf 80% ist.
Bei mir auch. Also hängt es mit der Temperatur zusammen wie ich schon erwähnt habe.
Auch auf die Gefahr hin gleich wieder kloppe zu kriegen ist das meine Beobachtung. Bei mir hat der Kasten Vorgestern 81% geladen, obwohl alles auf 80% stand. Er hat aber auch eigenständig bei 81% aufgehört, und das obwohl ich den Care Mode und den Lade Ort eingegeben habe. Kann das sein das da Spielkinder am Werk sind, man muss sich doch darauf verlassen können, das nur das geladen wird, was wir einstellen.
